I am a professional (full time) photographer running two businesses, both photography related. The first is Neil Mansfield Photography which focuses on portraiture and corporate photography assignments. Neil Mansfield Photography encompasses family portraits, commercial photography and weddings.
Commercially, I photography architecture, interiors, products, PR requests and conferences. Photographing members of the UK government and opposition. Magazines and books also feature my work. I also work with creative agencies for specific client briefs.
Based in the Brecon Beacons my second business is landscape photography related. Landscapes Uncovered In the Bannau Brycheiniog, I work with National Parks, agencies and businesses. Whilst also teaching one to one and workshop photography sessions.
As a result, my days are wide and varied.
I am married and have a lovely son who is still in school. I have watched him grow up, so fully understand dynamics of a family portrait shoot and children. Engaging, having fun, not taking the shoot too seriously for children. In addition, working in corporate London has also given me the skills to adapt to specific briefs and liaise at a senior level. Commissioning a photographer is so much more than just the end product.
I cover and work throughout the UK. I regularly work in London, the North East and throughout Wales. Happy to quote for work anywhere. I shoot stills and drone work, mostly for landscapes, but also for innovative product photography.
